Meet Allen

Allen L. Newsome III is a devoted father of four boys and the husband of an amazing woman. His life’s work is a testament to his deep commitment to community service and healthcare.

Allen’s journey of service began in his youth when he lived in South Africa. There, he was actively involved in community service projects, playing a crucial role in establishing mobile medical clinics for communities ravaged by AIDS. This formative experience ignited his passion for helping others and laid the foundation for his future endeavors.

Upon returning home from overseas, Allen continued his mission by working as an HIV/AIDS peer educator, providing support and education to young adults. Simultaneously, he managed his family’s medical business in Carlsbad, where his executive experience and training flourished. In this role, Allen developed an in-depth understanding of healthcare, with a particular emphasis on a holistic approach that prioritizes humane treatment and tangible outcomes over mere algorithms.

In addition to his professional pursuits in healthcare, Allen has successfully run several other businesses in the Tri-City area, showcasing his versatility and entrepreneurial spirit.

Beyond his professional achievements, Allen has dedicated two decades to serving as a sports coach and youth leader at his church and within the community. His commitment to serving others extends beyond a sense of duty; it is an integral part of his identity.
